Build is for founders who have validated demand and need a senior team to ship — not to ramp up. We embed for a defined arc: scope, design, ship, hand over.

How an engagement runs

• Week 0: kickoff, scope, success criteria, architecture sketch.
• Weeks 1–6: shipping. Weekly demo on Fridays. Monday agenda set together.
• Week 6: first usable cut deployed. Decision point: hand over or extend.
• After: retainer or full handover with a written runbook + 30-day support window.

How we charge

Milestones, not hours. Each milestone has a fixed scope and price agreed before work starts. No surprise invoices, no padding for "discovery."

What we do not do

We do not staff augment, we do not bid on RFPs, and we do not take projects where the founder cannot articulate the business outcome. If you need bodies in seats, we will refer you elsewhere.
